All merchandise 'MUST' be paid for on the day of sale or first business day thereafter. If paying with a card, we charge an additional 4% fee. If you are a 1st time customer you may write a personal check up to $2,500 or business check up to 5,000. Anything above those amounts for new customers would require a hold on the items purchased until the check clears with our bank.
'NO' merchandise may be removed until paid in full.

All payments must be paid in full day of sale. All information contained herein is true and correct to the best of our knowledge, but is in no way guaranteed as to the accuracy of description made. Each item will be sold As is, Where is, without warranty as to usefulness or merchantability. All announcements made on the day of the sale supersede all printed material.
No children under 16 years of age allowed onsite sale day.
All purchases are subject to Florida sales tax unless you have a sales tax exemption. A sales tax certificate must be executed on sale day; failure to provide a certificate will require the payment of sales tax on all purchases.
If you purchase an item with a title (ex. vehicle or trailer) you must get a new license plate or do a tag transfer before taking it off the property. Out of state customers must get a temp tag. Must show proof of insurance and the name must match the person driving it.
Once an Auctioneer accepts a high bid, the high bidder is bound to a sales contract for the item sold and the risk of loss is passed on to the buyer. The buyer accepts full responsibility for the merchandise once the auctioneer says, “SOLD”. Insight Auctioneers is not responsible for theft.
No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in this listing or elsewhere and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneers in respect of any such fault or errors. These listings have been prepared only as a guide based on information from sources generally believed to be reliable and from the Consignor but the accuracy thereof cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auctioneers. Bidder acknowledges that it is the responsibility to inspect all equipment and to make his own inquiries.
Purchases must be removed from the sale site within 7 business days of the sale date. After 7 business days storage fees of $20 per item per day will be applied. All items left on site after (30) days becomes the property of Insight Auctioneers, Inc. Loading will be on Saturday the day of the sale until 5pm and Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Any equipment remaining on the grounds after 7 days will be subject to storage fees or removed at the buyers expense. The Auctioneer may provide a set removal date for large equipment. Shipping arrangements and cost are the BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
No loading on Sunday, or after dark. Loading and unloading of equipment is a courtesy of Insight Auctioneers. This service doesn’t hold Insight Auctioneers or any Insight employee liable for injury, or damage to merchandise, in the loading, hauling or unloading of merchandise.
